survivor philippines castaway kiko rustia will be hosting born to be wild, a late night adventure shown every thursday night at gma 7. he will be replacing romi garduce, the first filipino to climb the summit of mt. everest.kiko became popular after finishing 9th in the maiden season of survivor philippines. he became the unofficial leader of the naak tribe but was blindsided on the 8th tribal council. many fans reacted on his elimination since he was considered as one of the favorites to win the reality show during the early stages of the game. after the show, this restaurant owner and single father guested in several shows in gma 7. this will be his first regular assignment.
on his first episode on march 25, he will explore the caves in the northern part of the philippines while doc ferds will explore bears found in ho chi minh city in vietnam and the market of bear bile in manila.
