survivor philippines: partial transcript of live chat with jace and kiko

here is a partial transcript of the live chat that happened yesterday with survivor philippines jury members jace flores and kiko rustia. the live chat started late. it started at about 3pm versus the scheduled 2pm due to some technical difficulties. but the long wait was worth it since among the live chats so far, kiko and jace answered the most questions. this is a partial transcript only since i had to rush to a meeting at 4pm and went back at 6pm, only to find out that the chat was still on going.

charming_liv: You're very vocal that you want Nanay Zita to be the Sole Survivor, and at the same time you admit that you're very close to Veronica. Who would you choose among Nanay Zita and Veronica if they would end as the final 2? Why?
JACEFLORES: i would choose nanay =) she DESERVES iit more thasn ANYONE ELSE =)

charming_liv: How's your relationship with Marlon as a tribemate?
JACEFLORES: mabait naman si marlon =) and masipag, so i would have to say that we are good friends =)

diyeysiaquino: jace, which of the challenges na ginawa nyo was the hardest?
JACEFLORES: for me ung langoy na 900 meters!! ang hirap at nagulat ako!

JACEFLORES: yeah friends lang po kami =), talagang pag nag kasama kami parang mag kapatid lang eh =)

charming_liv: What do you think you should have done that could have allowed you to stay in the game longer?

JACEFLORES: hello, i did what i needed to do, which was pautakan, there were no rules saying hndi mo pwedeng utakan si kiko po and hndi po pinakita sa tv we were there on the sand for almost 1 hr and 20 minutes, pao said u guys have 4 mins or we will have to reset and change players, soi thought to my self.... "I cant let my tribe down"...this is survivor and thats the whole point of the game...survive

JACEFLORES: very happy and excited =), not only do i get to work with really nice people but also get to learn from them =)

charming_liv: If you think two of your tribemates betrayed you, did it occur to you that by giving the black pearl to Rob somehow you had betrayed one of your alliance as well, knowing you are very close to him?
KIKORUSTIA: i felt personally that he was becoming a liability.

charming_liv: Why didn't you just give the black pearl to Marlon since your alliance wanted him out in the first place?
KIKORUSTIA: it wont matter. if they want him out, they have the power even without the pearl

both of them answered 3 of my questions each, but some of the more juicy questions were left unanswered. i also did not get a chance to participate in the live chat with both of them answering at the same time since i have to go home already. based on their answers, both of them are really nice persons. jace is more straightforward and he seems to less formal. kiko on the otherhand seems to be more uptight and is not answering the questions fully. but this is the best live chat so far.
