jaz cerezo became the latest designer to be eliminated in project runway philippines. jaz is a wedding gown and evening dress designer from dagupan city and an alumni of far eastern university.jaz was eliminated in the push tradition challenge. the challenge invlves creating an avante garde outfit from indigenous philippine fabrics made from pineapple and abaca. each designer choose a bundle of fabrics provided and create the dress from the fabrics provided. jaz had a difficult time in the challenge since she is not an avante garde designer. mara reyes eventually won the challenge and veejey floresca, last week's challenge winner joined jaz in the bottom 2.
it was really heartbreaking to see such a good designer go. she is definitely a darkhorse to win the contest. this is jaz's first time in the bottom group, having been in the top designers for the past eight challenges and was safe in the first challenge. she won one challenge, the open your eyes challenge in episode 5. she also lead the group that won in episode 9, the cinderella design challenge (where veejay eventually won).

jaz's elimination is one of the upsets this season. in all honesty i liked her avant garde design way better than veejay's.
i was so disappointed when Jaz was eliminated. She was one my bet to enter the top 3. BUMMER! One question, is she a girl?
